Tiring Trip

hi bloggers.. i'm back from my vacation..

talking about my vacation, there's no any special things..

nothing fun.. only a TIRING trip..

i went to Melaka for medical check up..

it took 3 hours by bus from johor.. such a tiring trip..

because we had a lot of luggage and my little boy (nephew) was go along with..

we must take care of him.. babysit of him..

thanks for the result from medical check up..

it's all health..

we spent 2D1N at Melaka, and then we go back to Johor for 5D5N..

it's really a tire trip.. and i got sick at there.. sucks..

we accompany my mother to buy her selling stuff at hometown..

my mom buy a lot..

i didnt buy anything.. (2 shorts, 1 shirt, and 1 shoes)

it much least than i planned before..

although it's not a nice trip, but i also played a lot at there..

i'm very pleased when he called me "Yiiiii Yiiii"

such a cute boy..

i think he was a smart boy and had a bad tempered..

he always throw his tantrum..

when my mom scold him and hit his hand, he ran over and throw my mom makeupbag..

BRUAKKAKAK..

such a clever baby for his age (1 year 4 months)..

i wondered why he knew that bag was belong to my mom..

hahahhaha..

when he was been naughty and i hit him, he will hit me back..

OMG.. such a bad habit..

i kept scold him..

and the most funniest things is when i asked him to muach muach yi yi, he will close his face to my face and say "mmuuaacchhhh muuaacchhh"..

he knew who we were by pointing at us when we asked him where's mommy, yiyi, grandmom, and grandpa..

he loves play with us.. but we were too tired to play with him..

i think he was smart with his ages..

he loved to play his ipad games..

he may played them all..

thumbs up, boy..

and the funniest thing is everybody was asking whether he was a boy or girl..

OMG.. didnt u see him wear a boy clothes and short hair??

although it's not an amazing trip, but it was a nice trip..

almost forgot that i had a blog..

sorry for being absence for about 3 weeks..

and today i want to share about my works..

it's hard to be an employee..

always being scolded  with unclear and unexpected case..

please noted it.. not all the things i can settle it down by myself without any corporation from others..

i'm not trying to blame the others..

yupz.. maybe i was wrong.. but can u be more considerate??

but it's hard to accept this kind of case to my fault..

here is the short illusion..

last day, i gave the checkbook to my lady boss (A) because we had a transaction at bank..

the check must be signed with two of my lady boss (ex: A and B).. and the B lady boss was waiting at bank..

so i gave that checkbook to A lady boss for her to bring to bank, so the B lady boss may sign too..

A lady boss told me that she will bring the book tomorrow morning (this morning)..

and i said, ok.. and i had to open the others check tomorrow..

but, this morning my A lady boss called me and said she need to fetch her guest at airport and so she can't go to office directly.. she said she will go to office at noon..

then i said, ok.. 

later at noon, i called my A lady boss to ask a checkbook.. and she said, ok.. she'll arrived later..

when she arrived, she only gave me the check that i open last day (one page of check that i must paid to supplier).. and she said that she forget to bring the others ( the checkbook)..

and i said nevermind.. because it's 2'oclock already and Bank was close at 3'oclock..

and it should not used to bring the checkbook because her house was at batam centre.. it took thirty minutes for the journey to come n back office..

here is the problems..

last day, my boss ask me to open and deposited Rp 20.000.000,- on his BCA account..

because bank was going to close until 27 August..

he afraid that office may use some money during these days..

and unfortunately, our balances at bank only can withdraw above 2'oclock (because the money only be actived today at 2'oclock).. so, i told him about this and he was understand.. so i dont think it's a problem..

at noon, he asked me again if the money can be withdraw or not.. i said not yet.. because i just called to the bank asking confirmation.. the he said, he afraid it might not able to deposited Rp.20.000.000,- to his account.. and i said, i had Rp 15.000.000 cash on hand because the payed from customer.. and i asked if he want to use that money deposited to his account for avoiding anything.. and when the cash on bank can be withdraw, i will open a check and returned.. maybe after holiday..

and he agree.. so i deposited its..

and the klimask is:

at 3 PM, my boss asked where's the check? and i explain to my boss that A lady boss was forgot to bring the checkbook, so we cant open the check..

thus, my boss was angry and said: it's his command.. why i dont do it? he said that he was dislike for being underestimated.. and i explain to him.. he asked me to tell A lady boss that if she cant delivery the things as order, please tell us asap. so, we may fetch the check on her house.. of course i didnt tell my A lady boss.. because A lady boss was a nice person and i believe she's not intentional..

so, do u see the problem??

1. i already deposited the cash to his account, and he was agree too..

2. he agreed my suggested that i will open the check if the balance at bank was active.. maybe after holiday..

3. one side's my lady boss, one side's my boss.. which should i hear??

it's impossible to ask lady boss to pick up the checkbook.. and to push my lady boss to come to office directly.. because she had her guest and she was not at home too..

hahahhhaha.. without my aware, i already write down such a long long long text..

but never mind.. i just want to pour out my feeling..

ok ok.. forget this matter (although hard)..

i almost cry when i was being scold.. HAHAHAAH..

ok.. forget it..

i'll have a long holiday..

17 August until 28 August..

looking forward to my holiday..
