a great boss

i have a great boss..
a good boss..
it isnt mean that my boss didnt ever to scold us..
it isnt mean that my boss didnt ever to blame us..
as long as we are wrong, he will..

but sometimes, although that problem isnt cause because of us, and he blame us,
he'll feel guilty after he realized it..
my boss will pretend nothing had happened and talk some joke to us..
he intended to cheer  we up because he had scold us.. =))
what a funny boss..

sometimes,  it is cause by our mistake, and we got blame, got scold by him,
later he will cheer up us too..
that's the reason why i still stay in this office for about 2 years until now..
because i had a good boss..

my boss is a boss who think about his employees..
at beginner when he started a business, he ever sold his car just because paying salaries for employees..
he said that employees are more important.. they worked to me because wanna survival, they had to buy needs, to pay their child school fee, etc..
my boss's principle when paying salaries is, he wont giving a late salaries to employees..
he afraid the employee will need money..
what a good boss..

although my boss didnt had a high level in education,
but his knowledge, his principle, his action on solving problem, etc make me admire him..
his always give a brilliant ideas when all of us need it..
that's why he is a success boss..

my boss always buy some souvenir when he go abroad or out of town..
he always buy some food to us.. ^^
today, with unconsciously he heard a conversation between me and my friends said we wanted some durians..
after that, he gave me money to buy durians..
woooo.. what's a nice boss.. =))
